What operating system do you have? I have experienced this problem on windows 8. Automatic update to the latest version did not install, with error message. I solved now, only by reinstalling an older version. I was having issues with an older version including auto update. I uninstalled the old version and have tried installing the newest version several times.
What could be causing the error since I uninstalled the old at least 2 or 3 versions older and am trying to install the newest? I really need to save the changes made to the PDF so if someone can tell me what to do i would be pleased. Thank you. This is a screen shot of what I get every time I try to save. I have a windows phone and when I tried to uninsntall it, it gave me a scrambled error message. What is going on? It seems like it happens only with large files.
How do I fix this? I usually fix it by shutting down my files, reopening them and trying again. There are no updates available. I expect Adobe to release update with fixes. Unfortunately, there is no such list or at least I never came across anything like that.
